Many companies change their slogans every three or four years. It has been 12 years since Variotherm adopted a new slogan. The reason for doing so now is obvious: Cooling systems are increasing in importance and demand for such cooling systems is increasing across Europe. Therefore, our slogan “Giving Warmth to Life“ was no longer really applicable to our products. So now we have come up with our new slogan:
“HEATING. COOLING. COMFORT.“
It encompasses both aspects of our systems while at the same time communicating our dedication to creating comfort. This is especially important for consumers who use our heating and cooling systems.

Variotherm pipes. Now there is a single combination tool, which
can be applied to all necessary procedures. Calibration and
champfering.

Real advantages: press fittings with a new shape!

We have succeeded in creating an outstanding new development with our press system, which is applied in particular in connecting up Modul wall-heating panels. In the past fittings with an H press shape have been used, but from now on the new fittings in the TH shape will be used.
The sensational features of these new press fittings are as follows:

10% larger through-flow opening with the 11.6 size. In practice this means less loss of pressure and lower pumping requirements.

A test hole for checking that the pipe is inserted to the full extent!
The TH shape instead of the H contour.
The new fittings are ready connected!
The TH pressure clamp also secures the fittings, which means there is no slippage.
The TH fittings can also be operated with the ´old` H jointing clamp!
The new fittings have the unmistakable orange Variotherm design.

Super! The new Kompakt filling compound!

The VarioKomp system is - as are all our heating and air-conditioning systems - an all-round system. The big advantage of this is that installation technicians on site do not need to worry about making sure all the items they need are available. Variotherm always provides perfect overall solutions! This is why the Kompakt filling compound has always been a part of the VarioKomp programme.

It covers the 11.6 x 1.5 Variomodul pipe in the Kompakt panels, ensures extremely high heating performance and transforms the system into a compact whole (instead of having individual loose components .).

And for VarioKomp underfloor heating there is now a new Variotherm Kompakt filling compound. This innovative product has the following sensational characteristics:

fast mixing (2 minutes/m²)
flexible addition of water (8 - 9 litres)
can be processed standing up
spreads smoothly and evenly
minimum shrinkage
can be walked on after 1-2 hours

This is backed up by two made-to-measure tools:

60 cm wide spreading knife for easy distribution of the Kompakt filling code
30-litre pail with water level markings for one sack of filling compound
