System-Wall Heating:
- For interior plastering
- The wood wool base panel (tested by building biology institute!): with pipe clamping rail of re-usable plastic. It is pre-coated, which guarantees the optimum adhesiveness of the eco-heating plaster. Standard thickness: 10mm, Size: 1000 x 500 mm. Easy to cut by hand!
- The Varioclimate-Pipe: 5-layer composite pipe, which is 100% impermeable to oxygen and water vapour diffusion. Varioclimate-Pipe is easy to locate with our pipe-finding device (useful when hanging pictures!)
- Varioclimate-Pipe has an external diameter of 16 mm and a wall thickness of 2 mm. It is highly flexible and bends easily (even at cold temperatures!). Retains its shape after bending!
- Optimal heat transmission and very good adhesion on mortar: this is guaranteed by the special surface structure of the Varioclimate-Pipe (no pre-treatment necessary!).
- Eco-heating plaster: pure organic construction material (building biology institute tested!) with great heat conductivity and good heat retention. Highly elastic and easy to work.

Modular-Wall Heating:
- For dry wall construction
- Specially shaped channels are sunk into building biology institute tested FERMACELL® gypsum fibre panels. Our Variomodul pipe is pressed into these channels. It is fully integrated into the gypsum fibre panels. No need for filling and smoothing, as with other systems!!!
- The new Variotherm Variomodular-Pipe: it is 100% oxygen tight. It is easy to locate with our pipe finder (useful when hanging pictures!)
- Variomodul pipe: with 11.6 mm external diameter and 1.5 mm wall thickness our Variomodul pipes have almost ideal dimensions. This minimises pipe friction loss!
- Greater efficiency: by means of its close contact with the Variomodul pipes the gypsum fibre panels warm up faster and better.
- Inexpensive: Variotherm Modular-Wall Heating is more favourably priced than dry-wall heating systems previously on the market.
- Greater flexibility: the panel dimensions can be freely adapted to construction requirements. With only 4 system panels almost all construction requirements are met.
