Vario - Pump Manifold Station
Combination of low-temperature surface heating with high-temperature heating system
Anyone who integrates a low-temperature surface heating system into existing high-temperature heating systems faces the problem of having to combine two different flow temperatures. Variotherm has developed a special pump manifold station: For example, existing radiators (design temperature approx. 60 °C) can be combined with a Variotherm surface heating system (approx. 30 °C).
The Pumped VarioManifold 5.0 is ideal when larger areas are to be equipped with floor heating in drywall construction or wall heating.
The hydraulics fit.
High and low temperature heating systems are often combined in attic conversions, bathroom renovations, and extensions to existing houses. Two to 15 low temperature heating circuits can be integrated into a Pumped VarioManifold 5.0. The thermometer clearly displays the temperatures in the heating circuit.
The Variotherm solution guarantees that the additional pump does not affect the existing hydraulics in any way. This means: Both the radiators and the surface heating can continue to deliver full performance!
The Pumped VarioManifold 5.0 is an intelligent injection system: Depending on the need, it mixes either warm water from the high temperature supply into the surface heating circuit – or cool water from the low temperature return. The aluminium multi-layer composite pipes are connected to the ¾-inch Eurocone connections.
