Variotherm stay P:UR – and stand for corporate social responsibility
TRIGOS is Austria's award for corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The aim is to award the best and most effective CSR activities of Austria's businesses and present their models of success to a wider audience. The jury attaches great importance to the fact that the companies applying for TRIGOS not only implement certain measures but realise their social responsibility as a business philosophy and strategically integrate it into all areas of action. Variotherm took part for the second time and have been nominated twice for the sustainability award – both at a provincial level and for the whole of Austria.
Participation in the TRIGOS award is entirely consistent with the lived Variotherm philosophy of staying P:UR. The central idea is to recognise potential while maintaining respect in dealing with nature and people. Many such projects have already been realised in economic, environmental and social terms. Active health and environmental awareness, co-determination and voluntary social projects carried out by the team are as much the focus as recycling, environmental and sustainability issues as well as mutual appreciation and cooperative partnerships in dealing with employees, customers and suppliers.
